Our Staff

Charles Dukes Jr., the founder of WHATS UP IN CT, is a singer-songwriter who has been living in Connecticut for the past few years providing entertainment and working as a Lexus™ salesperson. Charles is loving life in this state and enjoys making people happy! Entertaining has been in his blood since birth, and he has been a local resource for entertainment information for more than 10 years. Together with Comcast and COX™ public access television, we have the opportunity to put together interesting shows for the viewing audiences.

Louis Bianchini is a principal and seasoned team member with a very strong advertising and consumer background, having worked with major advertising and promotion agencies. He has experience promoting major national consumer products to the general public, as well as business-to-business programs.
